iGaming Affiliate Band Aid

December 4, 2013 | Sarah Blackburn

Christmas is almost upon us and the ideal time for affiliates and affiliate programs to give a little back to the global community. We’ve selected two amazing causes, both touching iGaming directly and indirectly in their own right.

Affiliate marketing agency, GameOn Affiliates, in association with CalvinAyre.com, is inviting affiliates and affiliate managers to join in to recreate a moment in history.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we transport you back to November 1984, to a cold studio in Notting Hill, London, where a group of music industries luminaries were fluffing up their mullets and brushing down their light blue denim ensembles to become Band Aid and record Do They Know It’s Christmas? for charity.

We are beseeching kind, good natured affiliates to do the following:

1) Dress up in your best 80s style attire or go nuts with a Christmas jumper, or anything remotely amusing (no nudity!)
2) Take a video of yourself along with friends, co-workers, family, pets, gospel choirs, flashmobs singing/lip-syncing along to Do They Know It’s Christmas (the 1984 version)
3) Submit it to our Youtube channel by 14th December, where it will then receive masterful editing by the esteemed CalvinAyre.com video team to form part of a video montage – our iGaming Affiliate Band Aid Supergroup – in time for Christmas.

Once you’ve done so our partner affiliate programs will then pay a £2 CPA – to charity – for every new depositing customer you refer to them in December (on top of your agreed deal!), with the total being split between the Typhoon Haiyan Relief Fund and GamCare, but not before being matched by the Calvin Ayre Foundation.

Our generous affiliate program partners taking part are:

TradeFight
Locus Affiliates
Affiliate Co.
Affiliate Republik
Boylesports
BringIt
Market Ace

… with more likely to pledge their support in the coming days…

So if you’re an existing affiliate of one of these programs and deliver traffic, this really should be a no-brainer! If you’re not, well worth sending them some traffic this month…

Stay tuned for a promotional video next week that will blow your mind…
