Gaming Corps has entered into an agreement with ODDSworks to distribute the Company’s games in North and Latin America via the BetGuard platform. Through this agreement, Gaming Corps’ six game engines—Casino Slots, Table Games, Multiplier Games, Mine Games, Plinko Games, and Smash4Cash—will be made available in key U.S. markets including New Jersey,
Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, and Connecticut, as well as in several Latin American and Canadian markets where the Company does not have existing distribution. During the negotiation process, ODDSworks has expressed a clear market demand for the Company’s non-traditional games. Additionally, there is hope that Gaming Corps’ experience in developing sports-themed games, as well as collaborations featuring artists and sports stars, will be well-suited to the conditions of the North American market.

“Everyone in iGaming knows the potential of the North American market and it will be very exciting to work closely with market leaders like Larry and Steven DeMar from ODDSworks. Through their platform, we can distribute our games to online casinos in regulated U.S. markets, and we can also extend our reach into both Latin America and Canada. Given the strong demand for our non-traditional games, this is incredibly exciting, and we hope that our long-term partnership with ODDSworks will have a significantly positive impact on our revenues. We are now working hard to complete the integration so that our games can be made available to their operators via the BETguard platform,” comments Juha Kauppinen, CEO of Gaming Corps.

ODDSworks is a market-leading North American platform specializing primarily in RGS and interactive content. Through its BETguard platform and the O-Connect aggregator layer, North American casinos can access games from multiple studios through a single integration and a single point of contact. The platform simplifies the process of adding new games to a casino’s digital portfolio without the need to sign separate agreements and integrate with each individual game studio.

ODDSworks President, Larry DeMar says, “There is a tremendous amount of potential in the market and we look forward to partnering with innovative companies like Gaming Corps moving into the future. They have several unique game mechanics that have the potential to capture a large share of the North American market and we are honored that Gaming Corps has selected
ODDSworks as their North American distribution partner.”
