Live roulette specialist adds Evolution Gaming veteran to its senior management team as it continues to expand into regulated markets around the world.
Authentic Gaming, the live roulette specialist, has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of industry veteran Oliver Reid as Chief Operating Officer.
Reid has more than two decades of experience in the gambling sector, working across online, live dealer, land-based operations, business intelligence and product development.
As COO, Reid will be responsible for accelerating and enhancing the customer onboarding process, bolstering the customer operations departments to ensure a continued best in class service and overseeing studio expansion.
Reid joins Authentic Gaming from Olympic Entertainment Group where he held the role of Group Analytics Director; he has also held senior roles at Evolution Gaming and Aspers Group.
At the former, he was tasked with opening Evolution Gaming’s studios in Vancouver and New Jersey and led the organisation’s expansion into both markets.
