Gaming Corps, a rising games developer based in Sweden, has been granted a license from the Swedish Gaming Authority, enabling the company to manage iGaming software within its home country.

The granted license is valid for a five-year duration and aligns with the stipulation mandating all iGaming software providers to secure a license by July 1 in order to offer their services within Sweden.

Originally rooted in video game development, Gaming Corps is witnessing accelerated growth within the iGaming industry. The company’s diversified portfolio includes a selection of premium Crash, Mine, Table, and Slot games, as well as a certified Plinko game. Successful titles within their repertoire include Coin Miner, Penalty Champion, Jet Lucky 2, Raging Zeus Mines, and Aztec Bonus Pot.

With the acquisition of the Swedish license, Gaming Corps continues to expand its operational reach, adding Sweden to its list of territories where it is approved. The company has previously fulfilled the necessary criteria and secured licenses in Gibraltar, the Netherlands, Greece, Estonia, and Spain.

Juha Kauppinen, Gaming Corps’ CEO said, “It is gratifying for us that more and more markets are moving towards regulation, and we are pleased to become an official licensee in Sweden as we continue to grow the number of markets where players can enjoy our premium game content.

“The new licence regulations in Sweden are a very positive step to help protect players and promote safer gambling, and we are very happy to offer our games to players in line with these new regulations as a licensed games developer.”
